FIG. 1 is a top front perspective view of a chair with a cross base, showing my design; FIG. 2 is a front elevation view thereof; FIG. 3 is a right elevation view thereof, with a left elevation view being a mirror image of the right elevation view; FIG. 4 is a rear elevation view thereof; FIG. 5 is a top elevation view thereof; and, FIG. 6 is a bottom elevation view thereof. The broken lines shown in the drawings depict portions of the chair with a cross base that form no part of the claimed design.
