The ornamental design for a transparent side rail assembly for pickup trucks and other motorized vehicles, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front perspective view according of a design for a transparent side rail assembly for pickup trucks and other motorized vehicles shown installed in an environment; FIG. 2 is the left side view thereof; FIG. 3 is the right side view thereof; FIG. 4 is the left, front elevational view thereof; FIG. 5 is the left, rear elevational view thereof; FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof; FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof; and, FIG. 8 is a detail view taken along dash-dot line in FIG. 1, except omitting the environmental structure. The broken lines illustrate the environment in which the design is embodied and portions of the transparent side rail assembly for pickup trucks and other motorized vehicles which form no part of the claimed design. The dash-dot lines represent a boundary which forms no part of the claimed design. The broken away symbols in the drawings indicate the appearance of any portion of the article between the break lines forms no part of the claimed design.
