- The ornamental design for a four piece grounding rod, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a top, side, and front perspective view of a four piece grounding rod, showing our new design; FIG. 2 is a front elevation view thereof; FIG. 3 is a rear elevation view thereof; FIG. 4 is a right side elevation view thereof; FIG. 5 is a left side elevation view thereof; FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof; FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof; FIG. 8 is a cross sectional view of the four piece grounding rod taken along the line 8-8 of FIG. 5 and viewed in the direction of the arrows; and, FIG. 9 shows an exploded view of the four piece grounding rod of FIG. 1. The broken lines shown in the drawings illustrate portions of the four piece grounding rod that form no part of the claimed design. The four piece grounding rod is shown with symbolic breaks in its length. The appearance of any portion of the article between the break lines forms no part of the claimed design.
