Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof with graphical user interface showing our new design; FIG. 2 is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof with graphical user interface in accordance with a second embodiment; and, FIG. 3 is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof with graphical user interface in accordance with a third embodiment. The broken lines, including those showing a display screen or portion thereof and those depicting portions of a graphical user interface, form no part of the claimed design. In FIGS. 1, 2, and 3, the diagonal line pattern areas depict areas of contrasting appearance. For example, as shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 3, the different diagonal line pattern areas of the rectangles and/or rectangular shapes depict areas of contrasting appearance.
