FIG. 1 is a front, top, right perspective view of a folding writing clip showing my new design in an unfolded state; FIG. 2 is a front view thereof, in a folded state; FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof, in the folded state; FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof, in the folded state; FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view thereof, in the folded state; FIG. 6 is a top elevational view thereof, in the folded state; FIG. 7 is a bottom elevational view thereof, in the folded state; FIG. 8 is a rear, top, right perspective view thereof, in the unfolded state; FIG. 9 is a front, top, right perspective view thereof, in the folded state; and, FIG. 10 is a rear, top, right perspective view thereof, in the folded state. The broken lines in the drawings are for the purpose of illustrating portions of the folding writing clip that form no part of the claimed design. The symbolic breaks in the drawings are for the purpose of illustrating indeterminate length of the folding writing clip. The appearance of any portion of the folding writing clip between the symbolic break lines forms no part of the claimed design.
