Description

Food processing equipment This application claims priority to Chinese patent application No. 202422608707.2, filed on October 28, 2024, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference. Technical Field This application relates to the technical field of food processing equipment, and particularly to a food processing device. Background Technology Stirring blades are common mixing devices in food processing machinery, widely used for mixing and blending fruit purees, jams, and various other foods. Traditional stirring blade designs typically employ plate, wedge, or blade-shaped structures, their main function being to generate shearing and mixing action through rotation, thereby achieving uniform mixing of food. However, during the mixing process, especially with high-viscosity food materials or those containing large particles, traditional stirring blades have mixing dead zones, particularly near the center of the blade, often making it difficult to achieve ideal mixing results.
