WO-2026091234-A1 - DOUBLE-SIDED BAKING PAN
Abstract
Disclosed in the present utility model is a double-sided baking pan, comprising an upper baking pan and a lower baking pan, the outer surfaces of the upper baking pan and the lower baking pan both being provided with microwave absorption layers, and the upper baking pan and the lower baking pan both being covered with baking pan covers. The double-sided baking pan is characterized in further comprising a binding strap. When the upper baking pan cover and the lower baking pan cover are closed together, the binding strap is bound to the upper baking pan cover and the lower baking pan cover so as to fix same. Two ends of the binding strap are each provided with two protrusions, and the left and right of the surface of the upper baking pan cover are each provided with three snap-fit recess holes, the protrusions selectively fitting into the snap-fir recess holes. In the double-sided baking pan provided by the present utility model, the upper baking pan cover and the lower baking pan cover are fixed by means of the binding strap, and the binding strap can be adjusted on the basis of the thickness of food, so that demands for baking food can be met in more scenarios, improving use experience.

Description
A double-sided baking pan Technical Field This utility model relates to the field of cookware technology, specifically a double-sided baking pan. Background Technology Baking pans are common cooking utensils in home kitchens, including electric, gas, and microwave types. In the past, single-sided baking pans were common, but because heat could only be transferred from one side, food was not heated evenly and cooking was slow. Now, double-sided baking pans have appeared on the market, using two identical pans to achieve heating from both sides. CN 218457933 U discloses a detachable double-sided baking pan structure, including upper and lower pot bodies and upper and lower handles respectively connected thereto. The upper and lower pot bodies are connected by a snap-fit structure. This baking pan structure achieves the function of double-sided heating, but the volume of the baking pan is fixed during operation, which cannot process larger food items and limits its application range. Utility Model Content The purpose of this invention is to provide a double-sided baking pan that uses straps to secure the upper and lower baking pan covers. The straps can be adjusted according to the thickness of the food, thereby meeting the needs of baking food in more scenarios and improving the user experience. This utility model provides a double-sided baking pan through the following technical solution, including an upper baking pan and a lower baking pan, both of which have a microwave absorbing layer on their outer surfaces and are covered with baking pan sleeves. The feature is that it also includes a strap; when the upper and lower baking pan sleeves are closed, the straps bind to them to fix the upper and lower baking pan sleeves. Furthermore, each end of the strap has two protrusions, and the upper baking pan sleeve has three inverted recesses on each side of its surface. The protrusions can be selectively connected to the recesses to form a snap-fit connection. Furthermore, the surfaces of the upper and lower baking pan sleeves are recessed along the position where the strap passes to form a strip-shaped groove. Furthermore, the upper and lower baking pans and their outer surface microwave absorbing layers are provided with inwardly protruding parallel strip grooves. Furthermore, the baking pan sleeve includes a pan surface and an edging portion, the pan surface covering the outer surface of the baking pan, and the edging portion covering the edge of the baking pan. The present invention has the following beneficial effects: The present invention provides a double-sided baking pan, which is fixed with upper and lower baking pan covers by straps. The protrusions at both ends of the straps can be selectively connected to the concave holes at different positions of the upper baking pan cover, so that the straps can be adjusted according to the thickness of the food, thereby meeting the needs of baking food in more scenarios and improving the user experience; and the straps fall on the recessed strip grooves on the surface of the baking pan cover, making the overall structure flat and improving the aesthetics. Attached Figure Description Figure 1 is an overall schematic diagram of a double-sided baking pan according to the present invention. Figure 2 is an exploded structural diagram of a double-sided baking pan according to the present invention. Figure 3 is a cross-sectional view along the A-A direction of the double-sided baking pan described in this utility model. Figure 4 is a schematic diagram of the strap structure of the double-sided baking pan of this utility model. Figure 5 is a schematic diagram of the upper baking pan sleeve of the double-sided baking pan described in this utility model. The correspondence between the reference numerals and component names in Figures 1 to 5 is as follows: 1 Baking tray, 1a Upper baking tray, 1b Lower baking tray, 2 Microwave absorption layer, 3 Striped groove, 4 Baking tray sleeve, 4a Upper baking tray sleeve, 4b Lower baking tray sleeve, 5 Tray surface, 6 Edge wrapping, 7 Straps, 8 Raised section, 9 Concave hole, 10 Striped groove. Detailed Implementation The technical solution of this application will now be clearly and completely described with reference to the accompanying drawings. A double-sided baking pan includes an upper baking pan 1a and a lower baking pan 1b. The outer surfaces of both pans have microwave-absorbing layers 2, which absorb microwaves to heat the pans 1 during microwave oven use. The upper and lower baking pans 1a, and their microwave-absorbing layers 2, have inwardly protruding parallel grooves 3. These grooves increase the contact area between the pans 1 and the food, thus improving heating efficiency. Both the upper and lower baking pans 1a and 1b are fitted with baking pan sleeves 4. Each sleeve includes a surface portion 5 and an edging portion 6. The surface portion 5 covers the outer surface of the pans 1, and the edging portion 6 covers the e
