Description
An electric oven with an air fryer Technical Field This utility model relates to the field of baking equipment technology, and in particular to an electric oven with an air fryer. Background Technology Electric grills meet people's needs for grilling and frying food. They are simple to operate and are currently a popular small household appliance. For example, Chinese utility model patent CN221844514U discloses an easy-to-clean electric grill. This grill includes a main body with an open, upward-facing baking pan. The baking pan contains an electric heating element and a detachable wire rack mounted above the heating element. The heating element includes a contact point at one end of the baking pan and a curved heating tube connected to the contact point and extending towards the other end of the baking pan. The contact point is rotatably mounted on the grill body or baking pan via a pivot assembly. When cleaning is required, the wire rack is removed from above the heating element. The heating element is then grasped and swung upwards. The contact point of the heating element rotates relative to the grill body or baking pan around the pivot assembly, creating sufficient operating space between the lower surface of the heating element and the baking pan for thorough cleaning. This avoids problems such as reduced heating efficiency and food safety issues caused by oil residue, thus improving heating efficiency and extending the lifespan of the heating element. However, this electric oven has a single function; it can only fry or grill food and cannot meet the diverse cooking needs of consumers. Therefore, existing technologies still need to be improved and developed to address the aforementioned issues. Attached Figure Description Figure 1 is a cross-sectional view of Example 1; Figure 2 is an exploded structural diagram of Example 1; Figure 3 is a partial structural schematic diagram of Embodiment 1; Figure 4 is a schematic diagram of hot air convection during the air frying function in Example 1; Figure 5 is a structural schematic diagram of Example 2. The best embodiment of the present invention Example Example The technical solution of this utility model will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. As shown in Figures 1-5, the arrows in the figures indicate the direction of hot air flow. This utility model provides an electric oven with an air fryer, including a base 1 and an upper cover 2. The upper cover 2 is placed on the base 1. Specifically, the upper cover 2 is detachably placed on the base 1. The upper cover 2 is equipped with a micro switch, which is used to control the air fryer. When the upper cover 2 leaves the base 1 or when the upper cover 2 is not tightly closed to the base 1, the micro switch is turned off, and the air fryer function is not activated. The base 1 is provided with a grill rack 3, a first heating element 4, and an oil collection tray 5 arranged sequentially from top to bottom. Specifically, the first heating element 4 is a heating tube structure. The grill rack 3, the first heating element 4, and the oil collection tray 5 are all detachably installed on the base 1, which facilitates the disassembly and cleaning of the grill rack 3, the first heating element 4, and the oil collection tray 5. A cavity is formed between the upper cover 2 and the oil collection tray 5. The first heating element 4 divides the cavity into a first cavity 21 and a second cavity 11 that are connected vertically. A hot air channel 12 is formed on the base 1. A fluid drive mechanism 6 is provided in the hot air channel 12. The air inlet 121 of the hot air channel 12 is connected to the second cavity 11, and the air outlet 122 of the hot air channel 12 is connected to the first cavity 21. With the above structural design, a hot air channel 12 and a fluid drive mechanism 6 are added to the base 1 of the electric oven, so that the cavity between the upper cover 2 and the oil receiving tray 5 forms a sealed hot air circulation channel with the hot air channel 12. When the grilling function is needed, simply open the upper cover 2 and control the first heating element 4 to work, thus achieving grilling of the food above the first heating element 4. When the air frying function is needed, close the upper cover 2 and control the first heating element 4 and the fluid drive mechanism 6 to work. The fluid drive mechanism guides the hot air below the first heating element 4, i.e., in the second cavity 11, into the hot air channel 12, and then flows
