Abstract
A cleaning device, comprising: a machine body (1), a cleaning component (2), and a comb tooth component (3). The machine body (1) is provided with an accommodating cavity (11). The cleaning component (2) is rotatably disposed in the accommodating cavity (11) around a central axis thereof. The cleaning component (2) is provided with a sweeping member (21). The comb tooth component (3) comprises a mounting plate (31) and a plurality of comb teeth (32) for cleaning the sweeping member (21). The mounting plate (31) is detachably mounted on a wall of the accommodating cavity (11). The plurality of comb teeth (32) are provided on the mounting plate (31) and are arranged in an axial direction of the cleaning component (2). An included angle between the comb teeth (32) and the axial direction of the cleaning component (2) is greater than or equal to 65 degrees and less than or equal to 85 degrees. The comb teeth of the cleaning device provide a favorable cleaning effect for the sweeping member, and the comb tooth component is convenient to mount and remove.

Claims (20)
- A cleaning device, characterized in that it comprises: Body (1), the body (1) having a receiving cavity (11); A cleaning component (2) is rotatably disposed in the receiving cavity (11) about its central axis, and the cleaning component (2) has a cleaning element (21); The comb component (3) includes a mounting plate (31) and a plurality of comb teeth (32) for cleaning the cleaning component (21). The mounting plate (31) is detachably mounted on the wall of the receiving cavity (11). The plurality of comb teeth (32) are disposed on the mounting plate (31) and arranged along the axial direction of the cleaning component (2). The included angle α between the comb teeth (32) and the axial direction of the cleaning component (2) is greater than or equal to 65 degrees and less than or equal to 85 degrees.
- The cleaning equipment according to claim 1 is characterized in that the wall of the accommodating cavity (11) is provided with an installation groove (13), the wall of the accommodating cavity (11) and the installation groove (13) are arc-shaped structures, the installation plate (31) is an arc-shaped plate adapted to the wall of the accommodating cavity (11) and the installation groove (13), and the installation plate (31) is detachably installed in the installation groove (13).
- The cleaning equipment according to claim 2 is characterized in that the mounting plate (31) is snapped into the mounting groove (13) by a snap-fit structure.
- The cleaning equipment according to any one of claims 1-3 is characterized in that the comb teeth (32) and the mounting plate (31) are integrally injection molded.
- The cleaning device according to any one of claims 1-4 is characterized in that the mounting plate (31) has a first side surface (311) and a second side surface (312) extending along the axial direction of the cleaning component (2), the comb teeth (32) have a first tooth tip (321) and a second tooth tip (322), the first tooth tip (321) of the comb teeth (32) being adjacent to the first side surface (311) of the mounting plate (31), and the second tooth tip (322) of the comb teeth (32) being away from the first side surface (311) of the mounting plate (31). The end face of the first tooth tip (321) of the comb tooth (32) is flush with the first side surface (311) of the mounting plate (31), or the end face of the first tooth tip (321) of at least one comb tooth (32) extends outward beyond the first side surface (311) of the mounting plate (31).
- The cleaning device according to any one of claims 1-5 is characterized in that the accommodating cavity (11) has a dust collection port (12), the mounting plate (31) is disposed adjacent to the dust collection port (12), the first side (311) of the mounting plate (31) is adjacent to the dust collection port (12), the second side (312) of the mounting plate (31) is away from the dust collection port (12), the first tooth tip (321) of the comb teeth (32) is adjacent to the first side (311) of the mounting plate (31), and the comb teeth (321) are disposed adjacent to the first side (311) of the mounting plate (31). 2) The second tooth tip (322) is away from the first side (311) of the mounting plate (31). In the axial direction of the cleaning component (2), the outermost comb tooth (32) is adjacent to the first end of the dust collection port (12), the outermost comb tooth (32) is adjacent to the second end of the dust collection port (12), and/or, the distance between the first side (311) of the mounting plate (31) and the side of the dust collection port (12) adjacent to the mounting plate (31) is greater than zero and less than or equal to 10 mm.
- The cleaning device according to any one of claims 1-6 is characterized in that the mounting plate (31) has an arc-shaped structure, the plurality of comb teeth (32) includes a first set of comb teeth and a second set of comb teeth, the first set of comb teeth and the second set of comb teeth are respectively located on both sides of the central arc of the mounting plate (31), the first set of comb teeth includes a plurality of first comb teeth (32A) parallel to each other, the second set of comb teeth includes a plurality of second comb teeth (32B) parallel to each other, the first tooth tip (321) of the first comb tooth (32A) is closer to the central arc (B) of the mounting plate (31) than the second tooth tip (322) of the first comb tooth (32A), and the first tooth tip (321) of the second comb tooth (32B) is closer to the central arc of the mounting plate (31) than the second tooth tip (322) of the second comb tooth (32B).
- The cleaning device according to claim 7 is characterized in that the first tooth tip (321) of the innermost first comb tooth (32A) and the first tooth tip (321) of the innermost second comb tooth (32B) are connected to each other to form a V shape, and the distance S between the tip of the V shape and the first side surface (311) of the mounting plate (31) is 1.5 mm to 3.5 mm.
- The cleaning device according to claim 8 is characterized in that the first set of comb teeth and the second set of comb teeth are symmetrical with respect to the center line of the V-shape.
- According to claim 7, the cleaning device is characterized in that, in the cross section of the mounting plate (31) parallel to the axial direction of the cleaning component (2), the height of the plurality of comb teeth (32) gradually decreases from the central arc of the mounting plate (31) toward both ends of the mounting plate (31), or the plurality of comb teeth (32) have at least two different heights and the comb teeth (32) of different heights are arranged alternately along the axial direction of the cleaning component (2).
- The cleaning device according to any one of claims 1-10 is characterized in that the height of the comb teeth (32) decreases from the first tooth end (321) of the comb teeth (32) toward the second tooth end (322) of the comb teeth (32), or the height of the first tooth end (321) of the comb teeth (32) is greater than the height of the rest of the comb teeth (32).
- The cleaning device according to any one of claims 1-11 is characterized in that the height of the first tooth tip (321) of the comb tooth (32) is greater than the height of the second tooth tip (322) of the comb tooth (32), and/or the first tooth tips (321) of the plurality of comb teeth (32) have at least two different heights and the second tooth tips (322) of the plurality of comb teeth (32) have at least two different heights.
- The cleaning device according to claim 7 is characterized in that the two sides of the comb teeth (32) are parallel to each other and inclined relative to the mounting plate (31), wherein the top edge of the side of the comb teeth (32) is further away from the central arc than the bottom edge of the side.
- The cleaning device according to any one of claims 1-13 is characterized in that the width of the first tooth end (321) of the comb tooth (32) is smaller than the width of the remaining part of the comb tooth (32), and the top surface of the comb tooth (32) is respectively connected to the end face of the second tooth end (322) of the comb tooth (32) and the two sides of the comb tooth (32) by a rounded transition.
- The cleaning device according to claim 7 is characterized in that the spacing between adjacent comb teeth (32) gradually increases from the center arc of the mounting plate (31) toward both ends of the mounting plate (31), or there are at least two different spacings between adjacent comb teeth (32) and the different spacings are alternately arranged along the axial direction of the cleaning component (2).
- The cleaning device according to claim 15 is characterized in that the maximum distance between adjacent comb teeth (32) is greater than or equal to 1.5 mm and less than or equal to 3 mm.
- The cleaning device according to any one of claims 1-16 is characterized in that the width of the widest part of the comb teeth (32) is greater than or equal to 1 mm and less than or equal to 2 mm, the length (L) of the comb teeth (32) is greater than or equal to 10 mm and less than or equal to 20 mm, the height of the highest part of the comb teeth (32) is greater than or equal to 2.5 mm and less than or equal to 5 mm, and the height of the lowest part of the comb teeth (32) is greater than or equal to 1 mm and less than or equal to 2 mm.
- The cleaning device according to any one of claims 1-17 is characterized in that the accommodating cavity (11) has a dust collection port (12), the cross-section of the accommodating cavity (11) is arc-shaped, the dust collection port (12) is a rounded rectangle or a rounded trapezoid, the diameter of the accommodating cavity (11) is greater than or equal to 40 mm and less than or equal to 60 mm, the length of the dust collection port (12) is greater than or equal to 50 mm and less than or equal to 80 mm, and the width of the dust collection port (12) is greater than or equal to 15 mm and less than or equal to 25 mm.
- The cleaning device according to any one of claims 1-18 is characterized in that the accommodating cavity (11) has a dust collection port (12), the cleaning component (2) further includes a rotating shaft (22) and a baffle (23), the baffle (23) is respectively installed on the first rotating end and the second rotating end of the rotating shaft (22), at least a portion of the outer peripheral surface of the baffle (23) is provided with a barrier, the cleaning component (21) includes at least one bristle row, the bristle row includes a first section (211) and a second section (212), the first section (211) and the second section (212) extend spirally around the axial direction of the rotating shaft (22), the spiral directions of the first section (211) and the second section (212) are opposite, the connection of the first section (211) and the second section (212) is located in the middle of the rotating shaft (22), the position of the dust collection port (12), the position of the mounting plate (31), and the connection of the first section (211) and the second section (212) correspond to each other.

Technical Field This disclosure relates to the field of cleaning technology, and more specifically, to a cleaning device. Background Technology During the cleaning process, cleaning robots or cleaning equipment such as robot vacuums and robot mops are prone to having debris such as hair and fibers entangled on cleaning components such as roller brushes. These debris are not easily sucked into the dust collection components, which affects the cleaning effect. The cleaning components need to be cleaned and replaced frequently and are difficult to clean. Summary of the Invention This disclosure aims to at least partially address one of the technical problems in the related art. Embodiments of this disclosure provide a cleaning device. The cleaning device of this disclosure includes: a body having a receiving cavity; a cleaning component rotatably disposed within the receiving cavity about its central axis, the cleaning component having a cleaning element; and a comb component including a mounting plate and a plurality of comb teeth for cleaning the cleaning element, the mounting plate being detachably mounted on the wall of the receiving cavity, the plurality of comb teeth being disposed on the mounting plate and arranged along the axial direction of the cleaning component, the included angle between the comb teeth and the axial direction of the cleaning component being greater than or equal to 65 degrees and less than or equal to 85 degrees. In the cleaning device of this embodiment, the comb teeth are detachably mounted on the wall of the receiving cavity, facilitating disassembly, maintenance, and replacement. Simultaneously, the included angle between the comb teeth and the cleaning component's axial direction is greater than or equal to 65 degrees and less than or equal to 85 degrees. This improves the cleaning effect of the comb teeth on debris entangled on the cleaning component. If the included angle between the comb teeth and the cleaning component's axial direction is less than 65 degrees, the resistance from the comb teeth to the cleaning component is greater, affecting the rotation of the cleaning component, increasing energy consumption, and causing damage to the cleaning component. If the included angle between the comb teeth and the cleaning component's axial direction is greater than 85 degrees, the cleaning component can easily pass through the gaps between adjacent comb teeth when passing over them, affecting the cleaning effect of the comb teeth on the cleaning component. Therefore, in the cleaning device of this embodiment, the comb teeth provide a good cleaning effect on the cleaning component, and the comb teeth are easy to disassemble, install, and maintain. In some embodiments, the wall of the accommodating cavity is provided with a mounting groove, the wall of the accommodating cavity and the mounting groove are arc-shaped structures, the mounting plate is an arc-shaped plate adapted to the wall of the accommodating cavity and the mounting groove, and the mounting plate is detachably installed in the mounting groove.
