Description
Temple components and head-mounted display device This application claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 202411545885.3, filed on October 31, 2024, entitled "Temple Assembly and Head-Mounted Display Device", the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference. Technical Field This application relates to the field of head-mounted display technology, and in particular to a temple assembly and a head-mounted display device. Background Technology In related technologies, the temple housing of head-mounted display devices typically needs to house components such as microphones and batteries. In order to install these components into the temple housing, it is usually disassembled into at least two parts. This allows the components to be installed on one part first, and then the other parts can be closed and assembled to complete the temple assembly. However, at this time, splicing gaps will be formed on the temple shell of the temple assembly, making the components installed inside the temple shell susceptible to external moisture and/or dust, which in turn affects the lifespan of the head-mounted display device. Summary of the Invention The main objective of this application is to provide a temple assembly for use in head-mounted display devices, which aims to improve the sealing performance of the temple housing to reduce the impact of external moisture and/or dust on the devices installed inside the temple housing, thereby increasing the service life of the head-mounted display device. To achieve the above objectives, the temple assembly proposed in this application includes: The temple shell is a one-piece structure with an arc shape. A mounting cavity is provided inside the temple shell, and a mounting port communicating with the mounting cavity is provided at one end of the temple shell. The bracket has a first state in which it is arranged in an arc shape and adapted to the shape of the temple shell so that the bracket can be inserted into the mounting cavity through the mounting port. Optionally, in the direction from the end of the temple housing away from the mounting opening to the end near the mounting opening, the bracket includes at least two segments; At least two of the segmented bodies are sequentially rotated and connected so that the bracket can be rotated and bent to form the first state. Optionally, in each pair of adjacent segments, one segment is provided with a rotating shaft and the other segment is provided with a shaft hole, and the rotating shaft is rotatably installed in the shaft hole. Optionally, the segmented body having the shaft hole has a notch, the notch connecting the inner and outer sides of the shaft hole; The notch is configured to allow the shaft to be installed in the shaft hole, and the shaft and the shaft hole are configured to be interference fit. Optionally, the number of segments is at least three, and in any three adjacent segments, the middle segment is provided with the pivot on both sides of the arrangement direction of the multiple segments, or is provided with the shaft hole. Optionally, the segmented body includes: Frame main body; and A protrusion, in each of the segments, is provided on the side of the frame body facing another segment, and the protrusion is provided with the pivot or the shaft hole. Optionally, the protrusion with the rotating shaft is defined as the first protrusion, and the protrusion with the shaft hole is defined as the second protrusion; The number of the second protrusions is two, and the two second protrusions are respectively located on both sides of the first protrusion in the axial direction of the rotating shaft; And/or, the rotating shaft, the first protrusion, and the frame body with the first protrusion are integral structures, and the second protrusion and the frame body with the second protrusion are integral structures. Optionally, at least one of the frame bodies includes: Mounting plate, wherein the protrusion is provided on the mounting plate; and Two side panels are respectively connected to the mounting plate on both sides of the axis of the rotating shaft, and the two side panels and the mounting plate together form a mounting groove. Optionally, the bracket is a one-piece structure; And/or, the support is made of a deformable material. This application also proposes a head-mounted display device, comprising: Display module; As described above, in the temple assembly, one end of the temple shell with the mounting port is connected to the display module; and The device is mounted in the bracket of the temple assembly.
