Description
Agitator for enzyme baths This invention relates to a stirring device for enzyme baths. In recent years, enzyme baths have become popular for reasons such as their benefits for beauty and health. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a food stirring device comprising: a stirring container for holding food ingredients; a stirrer for stirring the food ingredients in the stirring container with a stirring bar; and a stirrer support member for supporting the stirrer. The stirrer support member comprises a pair of support rods for supporting the stirrer from above; a frame for fixing the support rods; a support arm for fixing the stirring container and allowing the stirring container to be raised and lowered; and a lifting mechanism for raising and lowering the support arm. The stirrer comprises a rotating main shaft for applying rotational force to the stirring bar, and a geared motor that controls the rotational speed of the rotating main shaft and is mounted on the upper end of the support rod. Furthermore, Patent Document 2 discloses a stand for a hand mixer comprising: a detachable base for holding a bowl for cooking; a mixer holding part rotatably mounted on a pivot shaft provided on the upper part of the base and detachably holding the hand mixer body; and a rotation restricting part that restricts the rotational movement of the mixer holding part. The rotation restricting part comprises a rotating plate integrally provided with the mixer holding part, a stand switch that can move forward and backward toward the interior of the base, and a switch shaft integrally provided with the stand switch. On the outer circumference away from the pivot shaft from the rotating plate, there is a closing fixing part that engages with the switch shaft to fix the mixer holding part in a closed position so that the beater attached to the hand mixer body is located inside the bowl, and an opening fixing part that fixes the mixer holding part in an open position so that the beater retracts from inside the bowl. This is a front view of an enzyme bath stirring device according to an embodiment of the present invention. This is a bottom view of an enzyme bath stirring device according to an embodiment of the present invention. This figure shows the stirring section of an enzyme bath stirring device according to an embodiment of the present invention. This figure shows how the organic matter in an enzyme bath is being stirred using an enzyme bath stirring device according to an embodiment of the present invention. The embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following, similar elements will be denoted by the same reference numerals in all drawings, and redundant explanations will be omitted. Furthermore, in the text, reference numerals previously mentioned will be used as necessary. Figure 1 is a front view of the enzyme bath stirring device 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 2 is a bottom view of the enzyme bath stirring device 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 3 shows the stirring section 12 of the enzyme bath stirring device 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 3(a) is a side view of the zigzag blade section 12a of the stirring section 12, Figure 3(b) is a perspective view of the zigzag blade section 12a of the stirring section 12, and Figure 3(c) is a side view of the stirring section 12. Figure 4 shows the process of stirring the organic matter 4 in the enzyme bath tub 2 using the enzyme bath stirring device 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The enzyme bath stirring device 10 is a device for stirring the organic matter 4 contained in the enzyme bath tub 2. The enzyme bath stirring device 10 comprises a stirring section 12 having a zigzag blade section 12a and a spiral screw section 12b, a main body section 14, a rail section 16, a trolley section 17, and a handle section 18. The tub 2 is described as being made of a material such as cypress, but of course, it may be made of other materials. An enzyme bath is a type of bathing that uses organic materials such as sawdust from cypress trees or rice bran, mixed with enzyme liquid extracted from wild plants. It utilizes natural fermentation heat generated by microbial activity, without the use of artificial heat sources like electricity or gas. Enzyme baths are expected to promote blood circulation, detoxify the body, and improve skin condition. The temperature generated by fermentation due to enzyme activity can reach approximately 70 degrees Celsius at its highest, but the temperature actually felt through the cushion of cypress sawdust and rice bran is around 50 degrees Celsius. To maintain the quality of the enzymes, proper care is necessary. Specifically, this involves carefully checking the condition of the sawdust and rice bran, adjusting the moisture content and other materials, stirring
